'' The fine bitterness and floral bouquet of the macerated cold Cascade hops give it the refreshing character of a cider of thirst to drink for any occasion. In the hot summer aperitif, try it with a slice of lime and let it reveal a small taste of green apples.
Le Libertin
The Libertine is the perfect companion to a party. If it is by itself, it is suitable to be served in a champagne flute to celebrate and will definitely wow your guests. If you are feeling audacious, be bold by mixing it with some cassis syrup for an interpretation of Kir or try it with some Aperol to increase your delight. The Libertine is also always available to its good friend the black beer to form a Black Velvet. Careful, it is so easy to drink that you will fall in love instantly!
Net Frette Sec
Net Frette Sec is a blend of 2 ciders in co-fermentation. The first is a classic cider resulting from our know-how. The second, a unique cider made from the cryoconcentration of honeycrisp apple juice during winter. The result is an unfiltered cider, without added sulphites, with a sharp apple taste, with a beautiful complexity and a length in the mouth.
Lady GENEVA
This cider is the first creation from our newest owner. Lady Geneva is a sparkling and rosé cider. It embodies the freshness by his side tangy and is particularly enjoyed in the warm summer days lounging in the sun. With a beautiful salmon colour from the bright red flesh of the GENEVA apple, this cider is inviting you to party. Its 5.5% alcohol will liven up your senses.
Le Vaillant
Vaillants were the first founders of Cap-Saint-Ignace in 1672. It is to pay tribute to them, on the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the municipality, that we created this cider. The juice from apples grown here for nearly a century has been cryoconcentrated by the harsh cold of the Quebec winter. This technique makes it possible to extract the most intense flavors from the apple and makes Vaillant a cider in the image of the inhabitants of Cap-Saint-Ignace: frank, straight, with a sweet finish.
Lady Geneva sans filtre
Lady Geneva sans filtre est la version plus nature de notre cidre Lady Geneva. Assemblage 50/50 de pommes de variété Geneva avec sa chair rouge vif, acidulée et tanique et de variété Ginger Gold sucrée et légèrement épicée. Ce cidre est très sec et acidulé. Il est élaboré de façon à maximiser les caractéristiques du fruit. Sans sulfites ajoutés, il est ce que la nature nous donne de mieux.
Domaine RITT: Ice cider
This refined sweet cider is slow to drink and reveals itself delicately. It is developed by cryo-concentration thanks to the cold Quebec and a slow fermentation during winter. It gives this little acid sensation near the ears, but leaves on a sweet note of apple pie that persists. Let it awaken your senses. Available in stores and at the SAQ.
Domaine RITT: Fire cider
This sweet cider is obtained by concentrating the sugars of the juice, obtained by heat in a maple syrup evaporator. The fire still burns in it because, after the first taste of candied apples, we feel the caramelization, and then we feel the heat in the chest. It is served cold, but it becomes stronger in taste if heated in a bain-marie for after skiing or Christmas Eve.
POMÉRABLE: Maple cider
This delicate cider is the standard-bearer of what Quebec's terroir does best, with apples and maple syrup. It standouts by flavours of cooked apple, brown sugar, maple, grilled hazelnut and honey. It reveals a soft texture that persists in a lingering finish. It is savoured in front of the fireplace, on cold winter evenings just like around a fire in summer.
Les P’tits RITT – Sparkling apple juice
